My Trip out to Gander

First, where are ALL those people who are building new houses on Gander Bay road coming from? Is the entire community of Appleton moving in? I thought I was driving through a poor man's Southlands for a minute...! Now on to pictures of Ava, my little neice. Cute thing, dead ringer for her mother, but I won't hold that against her! ha
